Taking into consideration the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as stage of trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Trial no. 20 of 2015 arising out of Darbhanga Rail P.S.Case No. 34 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Sitamarhi is again rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
