The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khaje Kalan P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the FIR it appears that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. Considering the said fact, this application is dismissed.
