Petitioner appears to have been caught by the Investigating Officer on the basis of suspicion and, after that, the Investigating Officer got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner but, admittedly, the aforesaid statement of the petitioner is not leading to recovery of any looted article. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case, he has not been put on T.I.P as yet though he is languishing in jail custody since 7.06.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
