3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file an application before the Registrar, Cooperative Department, Bihar for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.

4. It appears that the petitioner has been deceived by the Chairman of the concerned PACs who has not honoured the terms and conditions of the bond which was issued by the PACs concerned under Jama Bridhi Yojna in favour of the petitioner. The bond is dated 11.09.2009 and the maturity date is 11.09.2016. The deposit was made by the petitioner by way of cash on different dates under Lakshmi Jama Yojna in the cooperative Bank of the concerned PACs.

5. This Court directs the Registrar, Cooperative, Bihar to look into the matter and consider the application of the petitioner and see that in what manner the admitted dues amount is paid to the petitioner. He may further take action against all the concerned, in case, the concerned PACs is not authorized to do banking.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
