The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 16.07.2016 in Salimpur P.S. Case No.92/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 47, 50, 51 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and on false accusation of recovery of four liters of country-made liquor and 375 ml of Indian Make Foreign liquor, the petitioner has been made accused in the present case.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation,, clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as period of custody, let the
