Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.830 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She has no criminal antecedents.

It is alleged that 230 litres country made liquor, 80 litres Masaledaar liquor and 48 litres foreign liquor has been received from the temporary house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63194 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VIIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad, in connection with Excise Case No.830 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
