No.06/2020 and on being found manipulation and bungling in preparation of selection list dated 21.02.2024 same be scrapped/cancelled with direction to conduct fresh selection process in a fair and transparent manner.

(ii) For further direction upon the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 19.10.2020 for the post of Homeopathic Medical Officer which has not been considered due to large scale manipulation made in the select list dated 21.02.2024.

(iii) For consequently direction upon the respondents not to make any appointment of Homeopathic Medical Officer from the select list dated 21.02.2024 as the same is manipulative and full of bungling in preparation of list. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid
