Roy, the learned S.C.13, Dr. Anshuman, the learned counsel for the L.N. Mithila University and Mr. Abhimanyu Vatsa, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of LIC.

During pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner died. Mr. Sashi Bhushan Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he made all efforts to contact with the legal heirs of the petitioner, but he could not succeed. The petitioner filed this writ petition for payment of GIC with 12.5%

Patna High Court CWJC No.6054 of 2019(12) dt.18-03-2021 2/2 compound interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this writ petition be disposed of with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner that if the legal heirs of the petitioner are aggrieved, they may file representation before the concerned authority who shall dispose of the same within four months from the date of filing of such representation.

The learned counsel for the respondents did not object.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner that if they are aggrieved by non-payment of any part of GIC or for any dues for which their father was entitled to get, the legal heirs of the petitioner may file representation before the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga who shall dispose of the representation within four months from the date of receiving such representation by a reasoned order. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
