The petitioner is in custody in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2022 in S.Tr. No. 726 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.06.2022.

Informant was informed that his father has died and the dead body was lying on road in front of tea shop. When he reached there it was found that his father was strangulated and his mouth was filled with soil and he was robbed Rs. 70, 000/-. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties
