Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14906 giving direction to the trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of the order but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that up till now, only charge could be framed against the petitioner whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 08.01.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
