The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.155 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 323, 504, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner No.1 is of assault of iron rod to the informant and allegation against petitioner No.2 is assault by Farsa to the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and no fire arm injury was found and the occurrence took place for issuance of parcha with the name of the petitioner. Further submission is that

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District-West Champaran, in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.155 of 2017, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
