The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.09.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that two fire arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than seven months, the Court is inclined to

No.20237 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018.
