The petitioners seek bail in Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 50/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that allegation against these petitioners is that they along with others made firing on the informant, but nobody has received injury. There is case and counter case between the parties. Counter case has been filed by Ajit Kumar Singh, s/o Sachidanand Singh vide Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 55/2017, in which Ajit Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62123 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Singh has received injury in his left leg.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIIIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 50/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
