The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2023 and there is recovery of 220 liters of country made liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
