The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(2)/9(2) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Submission is that recovery of liquor is alleged from the river side. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 15.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18610 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.494 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
