JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 253 of 2018 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he has purchased the stolen motorcycle. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.10.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than five months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
