2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by order dated 17.10.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 27688 of 2013.
