JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.209 of 2012, registered under Sections 363, 364 and 367 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that Subodh Prasad, the son of the petitioner had taken the complainant's son to Punjab for giving him employment. Later on the complainant's son telephonically informed his father that Subodh Prasad had sold him to a Punjabi family in Rs.3,00,000/- and his son is traceless. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that whatever allegation is there, that is only against the son of the petitioner and there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedent.

No.8625 of 2017 (3) dt.18-03-2017 2 / 2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Madan Prasad be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.209 of 2012, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
