2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the payment has been made to the petitioner on 20.02.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also prayed for statutory interest till the payment of the same, but the same has not been paid.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5727 of 2022(9) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 case, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the concerned Authority for the statutory interest till the payment of the same and the concerned Authority is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
