Petitioner was all along on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 02.06.2008 and in the absence of the petitioner and other accused the case of the petitioner was committed to the court of Sessions. However, petitioner could be arrested and remanded in this case on 05.06.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-I, Aurangabad in Sessions Trial No.424A of 2006/4/12 arising out of Haspura P.S.Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37728 of 2016 (2) dt.15-09-2016 No.83 of 2006 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall attend the court below on each and every date in person for the period of six months or till the conclusion of the trial and if the petitioner fails to attend the court on two consecutive dates without any reason, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitoner.
