Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant, who is brother of the deceased, has alleged that his brother Anuj Kumar was married with Putul Kumari (petitioner) in the year 2006 and thereafter his brother settled in his sasural and started doing business there. On 27.7.2020, informant received an information that his brother was assaulted due to which, he died and the informant suspected that Vivek Sah, Somaria Devi, Birendra Sah, Upendra Sah, Rana Babu, Randhir Sah, Putul Kumari (petitioner), Munchun Sah , Ganaur Sah, Sudhir Thakur and Shankar Sah have killed his brother and

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the brother of the informant died due to Corona disease but his brother filed this false case upon his wife and other family members so that she could not claim any share in the paternal property of Begusarai. It is further submitted that deceased had no property or business establishment rather he was doing work of labourer in the area. It is further contended that there is no any specific allegation against petitioner rather the allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly placed coaccused Vivek Sah and Munchun Sah have already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

40761 of 2021 and order dated 29.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23861 of 2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
