Petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.06.2016 in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/ 341/ 323 / 307/504/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Commission of injury with farsa at the head is on co-accused Bhola Kumar and Ranjan Sah.

As submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Ramesh Kumar is already in custody and Bhola Sah has been refused anticipatory bail by this Court. No specific allegation against the petitioner.

Let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
