The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 36 of 2016 arising out of K. Nagar P.S.Case No. 181 of 2016 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that from the written report itself it would be evident that the informant of the case was in relationship with the petitioner out of her own sweet will. The FIR has been instituted just in order to compel the petitioner to marry her. It is also contended that there is four days delay in instituting the FIR for which there is no plausible explanation.

Regard being had to the delay caused in instituting the FIR and the submissions advanced at the Bar, the petitioner Dilip Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Purnea in connection with Special Case No. 36 of 2016 arising out of K. Nagar P.S.Case No. 181 of 2016.
