Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused petitioner has been made accused. The first information report is lodged after lapse of six days of the alleged occurrence. Further

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020.
