Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after retirement of the petitioner, the petitioner already made an application under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. to modify the order dated 17.01.2020, passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 36 of 2016 and the said application has been decided by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui vide its order dated 07.06.2024.

3. Since the petitioner has already availed the available remedy against the order dated 17.01.2020, therefore,

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.315 of 2021(7) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 as of now, he does not want to press this petition.

4. In the light of above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Revision Petition is disposed of.
