2. According to the F.I.R., 60 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 63359 of 2024. While rejecting the bail application it was observed that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. Learned counsel submitted that the period has completed.
4. On the other hand learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 292 of 2024 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed at the trial, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
