2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court to OP No. 2 in terms of order dated 14.08.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 13043 of 2013 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1751 of 2012/Tr. No. 4626 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that earlier the matter was referred for mediation under the orders of this Court, which was successful. In view of the parties confirming that they were living together harmoniously the provisional bail granted to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46753 of 2014 (4) dt.03-02-2016 OP No. 2 was confirmed by this Court.

4. In the present application, the petitioner has not made out any satisfactory case that the OP No. 2 has been misusing the privilege of anticipatory bail and this Court is not satisfied to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to OP No. 2.

5. The petition stands dismissed.
