The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Two live cartridges and one mobile each are said to have been recovered from the possession the petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 26.06.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45879 of 2016 (2) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 no.1 and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession the petitioner no.2. The other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 42946 of 2016. On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1002 of 2016).
