The name of Purni Devi has wrongly been typed as Santosh Das. In fact Santosh Das is petitioner no. 4 and his prayer was dismissed as infructuous vide paragraph 3 of the same order.

In the circumstances, the order, dated 10.03.2017, is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph the name of petitioner no. 3 be read as Purni Devi. Four weeks further time is allowed to surrender before the Court below.
