JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 508 of 2015 registered under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner he alongwith others armed with ammunitions came and objected about clearing the Rasta and on protest being made by the informant and other villages, they opened indiscriminate firing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant in his further statement named only 11 persons. It is further submitted that informant has filed a protest petition,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54022 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 however he has not named this petitioner. It is further submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 31.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28843 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S.
