This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no.2 in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 249 of 2012.

I do not find any reason to cancel the bail of opposite party no.2 granted vide order dated 05.06.2020 only for the reason that it was submitted on behalf of opposite party no.2 that only six prosecution witnesses were examined till that date, whereas according to learned counsel for the petitioner all the prosecution witnesses were already examined.
