JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner proposes to file a fresh representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur regarding his claim towards arrears of salary pursuant to the revised scale applicable to the petitioner as per the 6th Pay Revision.

Learned counsel for the State submits that other retiral dues including the arrears of pension under the 6th Pay Revision has already been paid to the petitioner and the claim regarding arrears of salary for the period 01.04.2007 to 30.09.2007 is to be considered by the Senior

The petitioner is permitted to file representation before the respondent no. 4 -Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur regarding his claim within a period of fifteen days. If such representation is filed, the S.S.P., Bhagalpur shall be obliged to consider the same in accordance with law and shall dispose the representation by a speaking order within a further period of two months. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
