Taking note of this fact that petitioners were caught on the spot while they looted the motorcycle of the informant, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Desari ( Sahadai) O.P), pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected for the present.
