Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.01.2020 and seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.226 of 2019 arising out of Malsalami P. S. Case No.415 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354/34 of the I.P.C., Section 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(i)(r)(w) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Patna in connection with Special Case No.226 of 2019 arising out of Malsalami P. S. Case No.415 of 2019.
