In the present case, the petitioners have raised a grievance that the order of this Court dated 13.5.2014 passed in CWJC No. 5388 of 2014 has not been complied whereby the Court

Patna High Court MJC No.4211 of 2014 dt.24-05-2017 has passed the following order:- "This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna to take cognizance of the said complaint/objection and representation of the petitioners, make necessary enquiries, as he may deem fit and proper, and pass final orders on the same in accordance with law with communication to the petitioner preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order."

In pursuance thereof, the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna vide orders dated 16.12.2015 and 5.5.2016 has taken a decision against the interest of the petitioners. In that view of the matter, the present contempt proceeding is dropped with a liberty to the petitioners, if they are aggrieved of the aforesaid orders, they may challenge the same in accordance with law.
