The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 354(A), 354(B), 354(C), 354(D), 293, 294, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10, 11 and 12 of POCSO Act.

It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner, was teacher of Radha Rani Girls School, Ruhelganj, Darbhanga. He used to misbehave with the minor girl students of the school since last six months. The victims complained to the Headmaster, but no step was taken against the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the written report itself, it is mentioned that the occurrence was taking place for the last six months but no any complaint was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64127 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 made earlier. The case has been compromised between the parties. The compromise petition has been filed as Annexure-2. The petitioner has clean antecedent. He has been in custody since 14.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Darbhanga, in connection with L.N.M.U.
