2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 373 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of kidnapping the minor girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24367 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMVth, Danapur/concerned Court in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 373 of 2024.
