3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 22.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7422 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed in the cause title as Mr. Ram Chandra Thakur in place of Ram Charitra Thakur.

4. In view of the above, let the father's name of the petitioner be read as Mr. Ram Charitra Thakur in place of Mr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27328 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 Ram Chandra Thakur in the bail order dated 22.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7422 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 22.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7422 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 22.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7422 of 2024, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
