Issue raised in the present writ application does not warrant adjudication in view of the resolution of the State Government dated 5th March 2018 whereby the respondents have decided to recognize the service w.e.f 1.1.1989 and grant monetary benefits w.e.f. 1.1.1989. Respondents have decided to pay arrears with effect from 1st January 1989 in five installments to working teachers and to those teachers who have retired from their services in one installment. In view of the above the writ petition disposed of with a direction to the Director Secondary Education to adhere to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12101 of 2015(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 circular dated 5th March 2018 and take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
