The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 20, 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
It is alleged that 2 kg. of Ganja has been recovered from betel shop of Ram Bahadur Mukhia. It is further submitted that Ram Bahadur Mukhia on his arrest disclosed to the police that this petitioner supplied the Ganja to him. In this manner the petitioner's name has been disclosed by co-accused Ram Bahadur Mukhia, who was apprehended by the police and 2 kg. of Ganga were recovered from the betel shop. It has further been submitted that Ram Bahadur Mukhia has been granted bail by Co-ordinate
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4567 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22824 of 2016 dated 11.08.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
