The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1 That the application is for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondent authority to make appointment of the petitioner on the post of Lady Supervisor (I.C.D.S) at Begusarai in BC. Category in continuity of the appointments, made from the Merit list dated 25.07.12 against the remaining vacancy."
