JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the informant and perused the report of 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Samastipur dated 20.09.2016 where it has been mentioned that three witnesses have been examined and next date was fixed for 23.09.2016.
The counsel for the informant submits that three witnesses have been examined and two more material witnesses are to be examined which will be completed very soon. Let the prosecution produce the rest two material witnesses and the court below is directed to conclude the trial and thereafter the petitioner will have liberty to make prayer for bail. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
