Pursuant to the order dated 18.05.2016, the University has calculated the post retiral benefits treating 2009, as the date of retirement of the petitioner.
Learned counsel submits that the chart is not complete, in so much so, it does not even mention the P.P.O. number of pension/gratuity. He submits that the GIS amount has not been paid.
This contempt application is disposed of with the direction to the opposite parties to furnish the P.P.O. to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of
Patna High Court MJC No.4889 of 2013 (7) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order along with representation. It is further directed that the GIS amount, which has not been paid to the petitioner, would also be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
In case, some other retiral dues are pending, it will be open for the petitioner to file a representation with respect to the same, which would be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J.) Uday/- U
