Petitioner seeks bail in Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No.142 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 411, 413, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come on the basis of statement of Abhiranjan Kumar @ Bittu. Abhiranjan Kumar @ Bittu was apprehended by the police and he disclosed the name of this petitioner. It has been submitted that co-accused, Sunil Ray, with similar allegation has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55380 of 2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63173 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No.142 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
