Petitioner seeks bail in Chakiya P.S. Case No.117 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 397, 413, 414, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the written report. His name has come in the confessional statement of Md. Naushad Alam and Md. Sajjad, who stated that they have sold the stolen motorcycle to the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.63485 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Chakiya P.S.
