The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.314 of 2018 (Trial No.2091 of 2018) in which cognizance has been taken under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of offence and the allegation which is based only on ocular version of the complainant without there being any documentary evidence, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
