JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with CIS No. 143 of 2019 arising out of Excise Case No. 143 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 04 litres of Mahua liquor and 400 Kg Mahua Flower.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and there is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. and allegation is false and concocted. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
