2. The petitioner seeks bail in a Bangra P.S. Case no. 154/2024, registered for offence under Sections 191(2),190, 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 121(1), 121(2), 125, 125(a), 125(b), 49,109(1),303(2),324(4), 317(2) and 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, all the 15 F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 150 unknown persons were creating ruckus and trying to damage articles in the factory and when police personnel came there to pacify, the accused persons attacked them with lathi, danda, spade, iron rod etc., due to which, some of the police personnel sustained injury and thus, caused hindrance in discharge of their official duties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is general and omnibus and has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Bangra P.S. Case No. 154 of 2024.
