JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No.1023 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., allegation has been levelled against the accused persons including the petitioner that they have killed his daughter.
The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2022. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he is the father-in-law of the deceased, inasmuch as, he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

No.22732 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No.1023 of 2022.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
