JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi to issue ad-hoc appointment letter to the petitioner regarding appointment on contractual basis on the post of Panchayat Rojgar Sevak under MANREGA Scheme in the district of Sitamarhi, however, the learned counsel for the respondent State has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case to submit that as per the instruction of the State Government issued on 20.04.2015, all such appointments are required to be made at the State level and not at the District level, hence, the prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be acceded to. Having regard to the stand taken by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12589 of 2015(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 respondent- State, I do not find any merit in the present writ petition, hence, the same stands dismissed.
